HOA Assessment Fee
The Fields of Long Grove has a monthly HOA assessment
of $660.00 (eff. January 2025) which includes:
Community Water and Sewer
Lawn Maintenance – including: weekly mowing, scheduled trimming of bushes, pruning of trees, seasonal fertilization of lawns and weeding in common areas
Snow Removal- streets and driveways, front walk cleared
Cable TV– Xfinity Expanded Basic plan with HBO and HD-DVR box and high-speed Internet Service
Mosquito Abatement
Pond Maintenance– ponds are stocked for fishing
Community Beach
Walking Paths
Common Areas Usage– including a community vegetable garden area
On-site Property Manager– lives in the community – providing oversight of community maintenance
