This website has been prepared to provide you with a better understanding of what to expect as a resident of “The Fields of Long Grove”.

Hopefully this website succeeds at communicating the benefits and services that are provided as a function of the monthly HOA assessment.  However, the information may not be current and up to date, although every attempt will be made to do so, due to the changing nature and circumstances that require adjustment or modification.  The information herein should be considered a “best effort” to be current and cover the more common and routine services performed on your behalf.  There are downloadable documents relating to detailed services as well as the bylaws, rules and regulations, and covenants of the FOLG.

We encourage you to visit the website periodically and share it with others.  Any questions or comments should be directed to any member of the Board, or to the Community Property Manager.

This presentation should be of particular benefit to the Realtors representing our community and prospective buyers, aiding them in making sound decisions when considering an investment in our community.
